Ingredients
- Mix Package 400g for Brownie/Petit Gateau Casa Germani
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup (tea) of oil
- 250ml of milk cream
- 250g chopped dark chocolate
Preparation Mode
1. Place the Casa Germani Brownie/Petit Gateau Mix with the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Stir with a spoon for 2 minutes until the dough is smooth. Separate a little to be used later as a cover.
3. Put in individual cupcake molds, greased and floured.
4. Heat the cream well and pour over the chocolate in a bowl, stirring until melted. Let cool.
5. Preheat the oven for approximately 10 minutes at 260 ° C.
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and cover with the cover.
